In 2003, Gary Wagner transitioned from a server at Concetta’s to its proud owner, recognizing the incredible potential the business held. That first year, the catering division began humbly — with just one wedding booked solely through word of mouth. Since then, the company has experienced remarkable growth, catering 80 weddings in 2015 alone. Under Gary Wagner’s leadership, the business has expanded its reach through strategic advertising, participation in bridal shows, community involvement, and partnerships with a variety of venues. With a steadfast commitment to exceptional service and high-quality cuisine, Gary Wanger and the team at Concetta’s continue to strive toward becoming the caterer of choice for even more couples and clients in the years to come.
